The trolley will pick you up in the circular driveway directly in front of the Chattanooga Choo Choo old train terminal at 1400 Market St in Chattanooga TN. Unless otherwise specified in the tour you are booking. Occasionally we have specialty tours that may pick up in another location.

Yes. Although, we request that you not eat or drink while the vehicle is in motion.

Yes and no, the trolley tour is pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly. However, if you are planning on taking the Derailed Trolley Tour and train ride, your pet must be registered as a service animal in order to ride the train.

It depends on the tour. The Flash tour is approximately 1 hour with no stops. The City tour with a museum visit is approximately 2.5 hours with 2 stops, and the Derailed Trolley Tour with a train ride is approximately 4 hours.

It depends on the tour. Each tour has a different route. You will definitely see most of the downtown attractions on each tour, but that does not mean that they are all limited to the downtown area. Some of the tours go a bit further out.

Yes, we have A/C and heat. The vehicle is enclosed (not open-air).
